Where is my data? Your habits, name, and mood check-ins stay on your phone. No account and no cloud copy of that content. The app also sends anonymous product-usage analytics to PostHog (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting the app deletes your on-device data.
How do reminders work? They are local notifications. By default one evening notice covers the habits you grouped; any habit can get its own time instead.
Is it really free? Yes. No subscription, no locked features, no ads.
